Best Afterwork places

How better to start the weekend than with a drink right after work on Thursday? – Indeed over the last few years afterwork drinks have become increasingly popular. Most people are probably out on Thursdays, although also Wednesday can turn out to be promising.
Here are our favourite places from the top down:
1st place: GoTen, Palais & Urban (uptown) Probably one of the best afterwork places in town are the bars around GoTen, Palais &Urban next to the Palace.When the weather is nice, large crowds gather outside and frequently hang out till past midnight.
2nd place: IKKI (Rives Clausen)IKKI organizes regular afterwork drinks on Thursdays and offers free finger food. Later on at night it changes into a club.
3rd place: Zanzan (cathedral)We recommend Zanzen, with its beautiful terrace overlooking the Golden Lady, as a great place to unwind.
4th place: Gloss (Kirchberg)Gloss (Kirchberg)5th place: Scott's (Grund) On 5th place in our best afterwork places is a classic, Scott's located in the Grund right next to the Alzette river where you can have a chilled glass of wine while taking in the impressive view of the fortress above. Very popular due to its spectacular terrace.
