Luxembourg Light Nights 2016

According to LCTO  ‘For the second year in a row, the city of Luxembourg is delighted to play host to Luxembourg Light Nights. Three evenings adorned with a light and sound show in popular parts of the Luxembourg capital. The Luxembourg Light Nights are part of the “Winterlights” event programme presented by the City of Luxembourg and the Luxembourg City Tourist Office (LCTO).’

The Christmas magic in Luxembourg city is the pleasure of iceskating on Place Guillaume II, savouring mulled wine, waffles and “Gromperekichelcher” – potato patties – on the market of Place d’Armes or the Place de la Constitution.Add to that the magic of Winterlights set at three light and sound shows in three city centre locations on three evenings.  Luxembourg artists perform a ‘Space and Time’ show and invite you to discover a real opera of light, sound and special effects transforming the outside of the buildings into illuminated, captivating and magical scenes.
